AETH AETHF (Frankfurt:4XA WKN# A2N8RH) (“Aether” or the “Company”) ispleased to announce that it intends to undertake a non-brokeredprivate placement (the “Private Placement”) of up to 16,666,667units (each, a “Unit”) at a price of $0.03 per Unit, forgross proceeds of up to $500,000. Each Unit will be composed of one (1) common share ofthe Company (a “CommonShare”) and one-half of one (1/2) CommonShare purchase warrant (each whole warrant, a “Warrant”), witheach Warrant entitling the holder thereof to purchase one (1)additional Common Share at a price of $0.05 for 36 months from thedate of closing.
