About the job
We are looking for a committed working student in the field of project management. In this role, you will support our team in administrative tasks and contribute to ensuring the smooth execution of projects.
Working time: Part-time / Working Student / Internship.

Responsibilities
Administrative support in project management: Finance, Portfolio, Marketing, Operation and HR
Coordination of appointments and meetings
Communication with internal and external stakeholders
Assistance in the creation of presentations and reports
Qualifications
Enrollment at a university in the field of project management, business administration, or a related course of study
First experiences in project management advantageous
Good communication skills and team spirit
Independent and structured working style
Proficient in MS Office applications
Good knowledge of German and English

Mentorship Program in Career Development or Thesis
Hour-rate: 14€ gross/ hour (applied for the first 6 months), 16€ gross / hour after 6 months.
Flexible working hours, one day per week working from home.
20 hours per week (4 hours per day) during the semester, the limit is either 120 full days, or 240 half days every year.
Holidays: 12 working-days per year calendar
