What You’ll Do
***This is a 12-Month Fixed Term Contract***
The primary purpose of the position will be to efficiently provide accurate, complete & timely billing services for our customers and the acquisition and processing of data.
The day-to-day
Ensure accuracy and completeness of order details into billing system using various analysis tools
Execute one-off tasks in Singleview i.e CX uploads, CDR generation
Accurate and timely data entry for billing workflow
Train new staff members on billing task workflow
Complete tasks within assigned targets/service levels
Assist with quality assurance and production bill run activities
Ability to execute and fully analyse quality and production bill run activities
Ensure required quality standards are met by operating effective controls procedures
Substantial understanding of billing system and associated reference data
Investigate, resolve and respond L2 queries
Proactively recommend changes in billing processes and procedures to optimize efficiency
Assist with the resolution of unbilled items
Maintain up to date procedure documentation
Perform ad-hoc duties as required
What You’ll Need
5+ years of experience in handling billing processes, systems and tools for standard billing activities
Bachelor’s degree in Business, a related field or equivalent years of experience
Proven attention to detail
Strong oral and written English communication skills
Ability to effectively manage repetitive monthly tasks to high standards
Demonstrated time management skills – ability to meet tight deadlines and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Solid understanding of computers and technology – specifically MS Office
Ability to work with others as part of a team
Ability to come into the office 1 day per week
What Will Help You On The Job
Experience in a similar role in a mobile/telecommunications operator
Knowledge of the Singleview billing system
Experience with SAP
Knowledge of SQL, preferably in an Oracle environment
Formal process improvement (such as Six Sigma) training and certification
