Essential Responsibilities:

The TODO Coordinator responsibilities include acquisition, update, publishing, storage and distribution of TOs and related technical data in accordance with Performance Work Statement requirements.
The individual responsible will include consolidation and submission of subscription requirements and one-time requisitions for TOs/TO updates, receipt and distribution of TOs to unit or activity TO library custodians and oversight of TO library operations.
Ensures that policies are established and followed that address processes for notifying the maintenance community of T.O. and CMM changes and supplements. Conducts spot checks of Site.
T.O.s, CMMs and complete a comprehensive listing of all changes and revisions to indexes, T.O.s, CMM, inspection work cards, checklist applicable to maintenance for inclusion in the weekly maintenance plan.
Maintains the Automated Technical Order Management System (ATOMS/ETIMS) database to assist with maintaining requirements and distribution records for T.O.s.
Coordinates with QA subject matter expert (SME) (or production planning team and QA representative for ALC) for each incoming TCTO to determine applicability.
Trains employees for TODA duties in accordance with required publications and T.O. 00-5-1.
Coordinates, control distributes and revise all local Work Cards, Job Guides, Page Supplements, Checklists and other controlled and distributed documents of Amentum’s ASD.
Shall control electronic technical data configuration IAW Chapter 10 of AFI 21-101.
Perform other duties related to the occupational field as assigned and contractual requirements, to include temporary duty and travel assignments as required.

Minimum Qualifications:

Must have High school Diploma or GED equivalent.
Demonstrated experience in Technical Order Distribution.
Course Completion of AF Technical Order System TODA / Library Custodian General Course (IMDS Code 225003) is required.
Demonstrated expertise in Microsoft Office.
Must be able to obtain and maintain a United States Secret security clearance. NOTE; US Citizenship is required to obtain/maintain a United States Secret security clearance.

Preferred Qualifications:

TODA Advanced Course (IMDS Code 25004) is preferred.
