You will serve as a Supervisory General Engineer in the Energy Office, Engineering Division of CNSSC OPERATIONAL SUPPORT FIELD.

In addition to the Basic Requirements for this position, your resume must have one year of General Engineer specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-13) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector as a professional serving as the focal point for all engineering and facility management issues of petroleum, oil, and lubricant (POL) infrastructure construction, repair, maintenance, and requirements activities. Specific work experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Extensive experience with Defense-Wide Working Capital Fund (DWCF) POL infrastructure construction, repair, and maintenance policy and processes; 2) Establishing and directing advanced engineering management concepts, theories, and methods to develop and analyze petroleum engineering and environmental requirements; 3) Current knowledge of Navy-specific DWWCF POL infrastructure issues, enterprise reorganizational issues, and plans; 4) Applying a mastery of data gathering and consolidation methodologies, planning and requirements approaches, qualitative and quantitative methods and techniques, and business process analysis leading to business problem resolution; and 5) Applying knowledge of management and leading concepts and practices pertaining to POL infrastructure construction, repair, maintenance planning and requirements programs.
