About the opportunity
Our Corporate Graduate Program is a unique and exciting early careers pathway dedicated to providing meaningful work, growth and security, while contributing directly to Australia’s national security. Our graduates will receive tailored mentoring and support whilst gaining exposure through rotations across a range of departments prior to settling in a specific area at the end of the Program.
We are seeking People and Culture Graduates who have recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Organisational Psychology, Industrial Relations, Business, Communications or Marketing.
This is a structured 2-year program which will commence in July 2025. Located in Henderson, Western Australia this program offers outstanding individuals the opportunity to
Support managers by offering coaching and guidance on People and Culture matters.
Provide generalist P&C related advice and direction to the employees and managers in relation to company policies and procedures, performance management, succession planning, employment management, on boarding, retention initiatives, career development, learning and organisational development, and organisational culture.
Provide support to the P&C team to ensure the employee performance management cyclical activities are completed on time in line with the business’ requirements.
Provide support and advice to the P&C Services team that relates to policy advice, remuneration queries, non-standard leave queries etc.

Eligibility
This role requires a current National Police Clearance and an Australian Defence Security Clearance. Your eligibility for this role is dependent on you obtaining and maintaining such clearance.
