Summary

You will serve as a Management and Program Analyst in the Naval Petroleum Office (NPO), Business Support Division of CNSSC OPERATIONAL SUPPORT FIELD.

GS-12 Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of Management and Program Analyst experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-11) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector overseeing and supporting the business, financial, administrative, human capital, and program management matters of a Naval Petroleum Office (NPO). I have mastery level knowledge in Microsoft Office programs and can communicate both orally and in written, to incorporate DoD, DON, and lower-level policy, guidance, and procedures covering branding, style, instructions, agreements, and correspondence to monitor and facilitate incoming and outgoing official correspondence, work products, and interactions. Examples of specialized experience must include the following: 1) Understanding of Naval and DoD petroleum logistics management sufficient to plan and conduct analytical studies that provide managers with advice and recommendations for improvement and implementation; 2) Preparing and clearly presenting findings, resolving controversial issues, and selling new ideas and concepts to be able to initiate, organize, and run meetings; 3) Conducting studies and coordinating a variety of actions to develop plans of action and milestones to effectively monitor and assure logistical support; 4) Applying extensive knowledge of laws, policies, regulations, procedures, and precedents applicable to Naval and DoD Petroleum logistics management.
