About the role
We are seeking an Integrated Logistics Support Engineer to work across some of our organisations’ most high profile, national defence programs. Through effective engagement with engineering discipline leads and geographically dispersed project teams, our ILS Engineers lead the delivery of ILS outcomes on their assigned project portfolio.
Core activities of this role will be centered around producing ILS contract data requirements. As an ILS Engineer, your tasks may include but not be limited to carry out RAM modelling tasks to identify provisioning strategies, present on ILS Engineering aspects at PMO-led customer meetings, conduct various analysis tasks including LORA, LCC and FMECA, staying abreast of ILS trends and technologies to support the organisation’s ILS continuous improvement initiatives.
About you
To be successful in this role and to best leverage the opportunities provided by L3Harris, some skills & experience ideal applicants will bring include;
Experience in an Engineering field
Proficiency with ILS methodologies and technical risk management
Demonstrated stakeholder engagement and management skills
Conversant with succinct brief writing and data presentation
