ITA is seeking an K-9 Trainer to join the team in the United Arab Emirates.

Responsibilities

Planning, scheduling, conducting and documenting all Military Working Dog (MWD) training. Will ensure that all MWD team proficiency training is current and maintained.
Assist kennel master with all operations, Including but not limited to: supervise the care and feeding of dogs, e nsure kennel and kennel facility maintenance, and manage transport of MWD.
Coordinate training and duty schedules for all MWD. Ensure that all administrative, accountability and medical records are maintained.
Obtain all training support requirements.
Responsible for storage, inventory and accountability of all training aids.
Will act as primary or alternate equipment custodian for all accountable assets.

Qualifications

Candidates must have:

Five years of experience providing MWD team training.
Must be a graduate of the Department of Defense Kennel Masters course.
Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office.
A valid state and be able to obtain a Government issued Driver’s License.
Training and experience in U.S. Air Force Equipment Custodian process, is desired.
Secret security clearance.
