Your role
Are you an experienced, business-driven leader in avionics or defense industries looking to take the next step in your career? Saab’s Business Unit Airborne Early Warning (AEW) is seeking a proactive and strategic Head of Master Planning and Supply Chain to join our management team. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of our growing business unit, responsible for renowned systems like GlobalEye and ERIEYE.
As part of the BU Airborne Early Warning Management Team, you will lead initiatives to expand our capacity and develop our business. Key responsibilities include:
Scenario Management: Create a unified vision of our future capacity needs.
Production planning: Cross all ongoing AEW&C programs and campaigns at Saab find an efficient production plan
Project Management Capacity Ramp-up: Drive the work across all subcontractors to meet the increasing demands of the business.
Governance of Warehouse: Be responsible for our aircraft modification material stock in Linköping
Supply Chain: Lead our Supply Chain team together with SMRA at Aeronautics to ensure an efficient success of all ongoing programs.

Your profile
What we are looking for:
A results-driven, business-savvy leader with expertise in avionics and/or the defense sector.
A leader with the ability to inspire and guide both your direct team and collaborate effectively across Saab’s organization.
Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
This position requires that you pass a security vetting based on the current regulations around/of security protection. For positions requiring security clearance additional obligations on citizenship may apply.
