You will serve as a General Supply Specialist in the Aviation Outfitting Requirements Branch of the Aviation Allowance and Outfitting Division of NAVSUP WEAPON SYSTEMS SUPPORT in Philadelphia, PA.

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector demonstrating a mastery of United States Navy and Marine Corps configuration management concepts, specifically, the establishment and administration of Allowance Requirements Registers (ARRs) and the regular maintenance of the Aircraft Equipment Configuration List (AECL) for use in allowance computation. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Utilizing various logistics data program information sources including the Provisioning Statement of Work (PSOW), Maintenance Plan, Provisioning Parts List (PPL), Provisioning Contract Control Number (PCCN), and Design Change Notices (DCN); 2) Reviewing supply data between various automated supply systems including File Maintenance Tool (FMT), Navy Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), and Readiness Suite; 3) Utilizing Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, and PowerPoint; 4) Communicating effectively both orally and in writing to engage in policy-based dialogues with both internal and external partners.
