About the role
We are seeking a Finance Business Analyst to join our centralized Accounting and Finance function. Working as part of a busy business-critical team, the Finance Business Analyst will provide business critical support to financial forecasting, data analysis and periodic reporting.
Your core routines may include but not be limited to maintaining reporting toolset and continuous automation reports, maintaining SQL utilized within finance reporting, daily financial data analysis of internal reporting, administrative analysis and uploads of monthly reporting, reporting on variance analysis from project data and supporting general ledger reconciliations as required.
About you
To be successful in this role and to best leverage opportunities that L3Harris will provide, some of the skills & qualifications ideal applicants will bring include.
Tertiary qualifications in Finance or Accounting
Proficiency SQL report queries and understanding of ERP data table critical to this role
Reasonable experience in PowerBI platform
Cognos reporting/extraction experience would be an advantage
Experience and comfortable in working in large excel data-set
Experience to Forecast and Consolidation Tool Products would be beneficial (Hyperion)
Self-interest in Continued development of data base solutions
Demonstrated ability to work in a high performing team environment, acting with integrity, initiative, flexibility and confidence.
