What You’ll Do
Reporting to management and performing several office administrative duties for Viasat’s Chennai office.
Work on inventory management and maintain, track, and update records.
The day-to-day
What’s the day-to-day like for this candidate?
Assist with visitor management in a friendly and professional manner. Tasks may include meeting room bookings, office tours, interview coordination, new hire coordination, hotel bookings, transport arrangements, etc., as required.
Liaison with vendors and suppliers like couriers, stationery, and the STPI facility office.
Assist with planning and arrangements for company events, such as hiring events, site meetings, team outings, or similar site activities.
What You’ll Need
2+ year of office management/administration experience.
Good verbal and written communication skills (English)
Comfortable with the basic use of MS Office (word, excel), Google Docs, etc.
What Will Help You On The Job
Performing other facilities and administration tasks as required.
Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university.
