Position Summary
Thales está procurando por um Aprendiz para atuar nas nossas áreas administrativas na nossa sede na Berrini.
Key Areas of Responsibility
Área Administrativa:
Solicitação e controle mensal de material de escritório, material de copa/cozinha, material de limpeza;
Recebimento/envio de correspondências internas/malote;
Contato com fornecedores para recebimento de orçamentos/logística de entregas;
Acompanhamento de serviços de manutenções mensais, trimestrais e semestrais como mobiliário, sistema de alarme de fogo, interação com equipe manutenção do TNU para eventuais reparos no site, controle do arquivo de chaves/chaveiro, etc.
Área HSE:
Acompanhamento Diversas Campanhas internas HSE e práticas internas.
Área Facilities:
Organização de Eventos Internos;
Conhecimento na parte de Hidráulica e Elétrica;
Preenchimento e atualização de planilhas de acompanhamento de orçamento, entre outras atividades relacionadas.
Minimum Qualifications
Disponibilidade para 6 horas de trabalho por dia.
