We are looking for a skilled Algorithm/System Engineer to join our Netanya team, specializing in wireless synchronization, MAC algorithms, and advanced mobile ad-hoc network (MANET) products
You will define and optimize MAC and networking protocols, improve synchronization, and integrate systems for cutting-edge wireless solutions. Collaboration with internal teams and international customers will be key to the role
Key responsibilities include enhancing synchronization (e.g., time/frequency) and multi-access control techniques (e.g., OFDM, TDMA, CDMA), and establishing processes for MANETs
You will also oversee system integration and verification to ensure robust wireless network performance
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
5+ years of experience in wireless communication, synchronization, and MAC protocols
Strong background in probability theory and stochastic processes
Expertise in system development and wireless access control techniques
Experience With MANETs And Writing Engineering Specs (preferred)
