The upper stage EV box is made of 6 normally closed electro-valves providing a gas flow to the user when activated by an electrical command. It is a power-amplified device, composed of a power stage driven by a pilot stage, actuated by a redundant electrical solenoid.
This box is made of 3 normally closed direct drive electro-valves providing a nitrogen gas flow when activated by an electrical command. The baseplate integrates three identical, two-ways direct drive EVs, consisting in three screwed mono-stable solenoid actuators.
The VFT300B00 skin air valve, located on the exterior of the aircraft, extracts air from the avionics bay and expels it outside. The valve operates in three different positions; open on ground, partially open and completely closed during flight.
The Safran Cabin air system opening / closing V2T152D valve regulates cooling of the avionic bay. A rotating actuator ensures the closing and the opening of the butterfly valve.
The EVB8 is a solenoid bi-stable valve designed to operate with different fluids, including cryogenic propellants. It ensures the function of bearing chill down valves for the turbo-pump of the Vinci engine and manage the propellant for the stage on the Ariane 6 launcher.
A valve with integrated position feedback, fail-safe options, and compact installation. Suitable for applications requiring precise flow rate selection.
