Mirage™ is a thin-film, self-adhesive material used to mark the tops of emergency services vehicles, allowing them to be identified by Air Support Units equipped with thermal imagers.
Our Tactical Atmospheric Sounding Kit (TASK) system continuously measures wind speed, wind direction, pressure, temperature and humidity while ascending through the air column on a six cubic foot weather balloon (about 32 inch diameter).
Magnetic Assessment Services are on the magnetically clean site at MOD Portland Bill, Dorset. Facilities include a Land Magnetic Range, which simulates the magnetic field at any point on the earth’s surface, to measure the effect on equipment.
