ENGINES AND SUBSYSTEMS (LAND)

United States | Accelerometer Harnesses

HarcoSemco’s Accelerometer Harnesses use low-noise cables with abrasion-resistant Nomex jackets. Designed for harsh environments, these harnesses provide a reliable, low-noise interface for accelerometers, featuring mil-spec connectors and superior EMI protection through advanced shielding.

United States | Engine Data Manager

The Engine Data Manager (EDM) handles analog-to-digital conversion for aircraft instrumentation, displaying data like RPM, oil temperature, and fuel flow.

United States | General Avionics

Extant Aerospace offers various general avionics components, including current sensors, signal conditioners, ECS controllers, and trim adapters for business jet applications.

Germany | Linear Actuator – AIDA 474-1

The actuator activates the air intake flap of the APU of the world’s most modern commercial aircraft. It is engineered to meet the highest reliability standards and ensure long-life performance.

Germany | Pressure Switch – Hydraulic 12178/9

The pressure switch provides an electrical signal at a specific hydraulic pressure. It transforms hydraulic pressure into a mechanical movement via a multi-thickness pressure sensing membrane. Civil and military platforms have benefited from the high-end design for many decades.

Germany | Rotary Actuator – ET 430-1

The engine throttle actuator is installed in an Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV). It includes control electronics for position loop closure and performs the movement of the lever. A second motor is installed for redundancy.

Germany | Linear Actuator – Pitch & Roll Trim D3246/7

With two independent electrical drive systems and position or speed feedbacks, the pitch and roll trim actuator stands for high reliability and robust work environments.

United States | Windings

Our winding production facility in Mexico, called Rotronics, has allowed us to expand our manufacturing capabilities and deliver world-class windings in the aerospace, commercial, industrial, and medical markets. Electromech Technologies presents an affordable, superior winding solution to U.S. customers who cannot build assemblies at their U.S.-based facilities. The facility has been serving these markets for 25 years, and we recently expanded operations into a 60,000 square foot climate-controlled facility. Our in-house capabilities allow us to fabricate and test products using the latest MRP/ERP systems and ISO certification. Rotronics staffs more than 200 employees and serves a client base of 17 of the most recognized companies within their respective business segments.
