Russian Oil Tankers Under Construction in U.S. Sanctions
• Six Russian oil tankers under construction by Russia’s Zvezda shipyard were included in U.S. sanctions imposed last week.
• This is the first time Washington has banned tankers before they set sail, much less carried sanctioned cargo.
