Momentus Shares Rise After $3.5M Contract from DARPA
• Momentus shares rose 42% to $5.40 after being awarded a $3.5 million contract by the U.S. Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency.
• The contract will be used to conduct an in-orbit demonstration of the assembly of large-scale structures.
• The mission is expected to launch on an upcoming SpaceX Transporter rideshare as soon as early 2026.
• Momentus is under contract to provide full-service support to the DARPA.
