KuangChi Science Plans Further Disposal of KCT Shares
KuangChi Science plans to get shareholder approval for disposal of up to 33 million shares in Kuang-Chi Technologies (KCT).
• The shares, representing 1.53% of KCT’s total issued share capital, will be sold through open market transactions on the Shenzhen bourse within 12 months.
• The AI solutions provider has previously sold around 11.6 million KCT Shares.
• The company currently holds 44.7 million shares in KCT.
