Job Description:
Assist in the proposal, administration, and general business process for contract management support to complex, multi-year, Government, Commercial, and International programs, in accordance with Company policies, government regulations and customer requirements
Outreach and partner with other key functional areas, such as Finance, Programs, Engineering, and Sales on new and continuing programs to ensure desired objectives and outcomes are achieved
Analyze, assess and provide mitigation tactics for business and contractual risk
Prepare, negotiate, review, and execute contracts detailing prices, terms and special provisions
Assist in exploring new regulations and contract trends for potential impact on business goals and objectives
Ensure compliance with government regulations, corporate policies and best practices
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree business related field
Must possess excellent written and oral communication skills with a proven ability to work well in a team environment
Self-starter with skills including business acumen, tradeoff analysis, problem solving, attention to detail, assessment of stakeholder needs, and financial literacy
Preferred Skills:
Familiarity with U.S. government agencies
Creative and strategic mindset
Negotiation experience
In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role is $55,000 MIN – $80,000 MAX. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
