The HR intern will support the HR Shared Services team across various tasks relating to HR operations in the company.
Responsibilities:
Support the onboarding and offboarding process
Monitor and process new hire confirmation
Generate employee letters such as employment certification letter and PR letters
Create, maintain and update records in HR system and files, ensuring the accuracy and quality of data
Identify areas for process improvement within HR Shared Services and assist in the implementing solutions to improve efficiency
Participate in HR projects as and when assigned
All other duties as assigned
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree undergraduate in Human Resource Management or Business Management
Proficient in Microsoft office and knowledge in RPA software (UiPath/Power BI) will be an advantage
Strong analytical skills and enjoy working with numbers
Possess good interpersonal communication and organisational skills
Independent, proactive and self-motivated
Able to commit to a 6-months internship
